I have had great luck with elderly people. Probably half of my residential customers are over 65. They appreciate your work and don’t mind paying for it. The young people around here are broke and always try and fix it themselves before calling you. Also the word of mouth is incredible with this demographic. For example I have like 6 customers I traced back to a single person who was in a model airplane club with them. You have to treat them with respect and patience, but if you have that kind of personality it is a great customer niche other computer companies overlook.
